HVAC Maintenance Plan In San Tan Valley, Queen Creek, Mesa, Glendale, AZ, and Surrounding Areas
PMA Plan
1. One FREE system checkup per year
Having your system checked regularly enables us to keep your unit running as efficiently as possible, saving you money on your monthly utility bill.
2. FREE Condenser Coil Cleanings
Dirty coils reduce efficiency and cause your system to work harder, causing parts to wear out faster and shorten the life expectancy. Tests performed by EPA explain that as little as 1/10 of a centimeter of dirt or dust on a coil can reduce efficiency by 21%.
3. 20% off repair labor rates
Our retail labor rate is currently $110 per hour which is less than the average dealer. Program customers save 20% and only pay $88 per hour. Our discounted rates save you money with every service call. The average hourly labor rate is more than $150.
NO HOLIDAY OR OVER TIME FEES.
4. 20% off replacement parts
You never pay full price again and you maximize the life expectancy of your system.
5. FREE 24-hour priority service 365 days a year
Typically, when a unit fails, it’s in the middle of the summer or cold winter days. We are there within 24 hours of that call, there is no waitlist.
6. No trip charges or fees for initial travel time
The average trip charge is $120, however, our program customers do not have this added expense when they need service.
7. Planned Replacement
In the event, you need to upgrade your system as a maintenance customer you will receive a 10% discount. Which is an average savings of $700-2000.
8. FREE program transfers
You can transfer the program to a new home in the greater Phoenix metro area or sell it as a benefit with your home.
9. Five year parts warranty while on the program
You save money by not replacing the same parts every year. Normal parts warranties are one year. We have extended it to five years, which separates us from everyone else. Parts are under warranty as long as you keep the maintenance program. (Excluding compressor coils, refrigerant, reversing valve, and air purifiers)
